End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “Licensee”, “You”) and SmartAIGuru (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) for the use of SmartAIGuru software products.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and payment verification, SmartAIGuru grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to your purchased license plan.

2. License Plans

Starter License

  • Valid for 1 WordPress website.
  • 1 year of software updates.
  • Standard customer support.

Pro License

  • Valid for up to 5 WordPress websites.
  • 1 year of software updates.
  • Priority customer support.

Agency License

  • Valid for unlimited WordPress websites owned or managed by the license holder.
  • 1 year of software updates.
  • Priority customer support.

3. Permitted Use

You may install and activate the software only within the limits of your purchased license.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the software.
  • Share your license key publicly.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Claim the software as your own.
  • Use the software for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass the license verification system.

5. Software Updates

Software updates are available during your active support and update period. Continued access to updates may require license renewal where applicable.

6. Support Services

Support is provided through our official support channels. Response times may vary depending on your license plan.

7. License Verification

SmartAIGuru may periodically verify the validity of your license to enable updates, activation, and premium features.

8. Ownership

You are purchasing a software license, not ownership of the software. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SmartAIGuru.

9. Termination

This license may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, including unauthorized distribution, license abuse, or fraudulent activity.

10. Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to provide reliable software, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every hosting environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartAIGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
